摘　　要：联合国气候变化框架公约下的资金机制是全球应对气候变化的关键制度,也是哥本哈根谈判各方博弈的焦点。本文在回顾当前资金机制的基础上,分析现行机制存在的缺陷,探讨后哥本哈根的资金机制以及中国的对策。Financial Mechanism of United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change is a crucial systematic arrangement to grapple with climate change issues.It was also the focus in Copenhagen negotiation.Through analyzing the characteristic and deficiency of the exiting financial mechanism this thesis explores the financial mechanism in Post-Copenhagen era and the countermeasures China should adopt.
