摘 要:为将圆柱直齿轮冷精锻技术应用于实际生产,提出了齿腔分流工艺,并为该工艺设计了专用模具工装。通过有限元模拟校核了模具关键零件的强度,并采用20CrMnTi坯料进行实验研究,验证该工艺方案及模具结构的合理性。结果表明,齿腔分流工艺能很好地成形出20CrMnTi齿轮锻件;模具结构合理,满足生产强度要求,出模容易。In order to put cold precision forging of spur gear into practice, a distributive process which divides material flow in dentiform cavity was put forward, and a special die set was designed. The strength of the key part of die set was checked by finite-element method, and the process and die set were tested by experiments with the material of the blank as 20CrMnTi. The results show that it can gets eligible forging by this process; the structure of the die set is reasonable, and its strength is enough to satisfy the request of manufacturing, also the forgings can be taken out easily.
