摘 要:在温度为100%-525℃,应变速率为0.008s^-1、0.013s^-1条件下,采用恒应变速率法研究AA5083合金板的流变行为,以及流变应力、变形温度与应变速率之间的关系。结果表明,在该条件下,AA5083合金受应变速率硬化与应变硬化共同作用;其应变速率敏感性指数随温度的升高逐渐增大,应变硬化指数随温度的升高逐渐减弱至零,而后略有增大。建立了材料基于温度变化的修正Fields—Backofen本构模型,其值与实验值吻合良好。The flow behavior of 5083 aluminum alloy was studied with constant strain rate tensile tests at the strain rate of 0. 008s^-1 and 0. 013s^-1 and temperature ranging from 100℃ to 525℃. The relation among flow stress, deformation temperature and strain rate was discussed. The results show that the alloy is influenced by strain rate hardening and strain hardening together at this condition. The strain rate sensitivity index increases with enhancing temperature, and the strain hardening index decrease to zero first and then increase slightly with enhancing temperature. Furthermore constitutive model using up-dated Fields-Back-ofen equation based on temperature changing were established. Good agreement is obtained between predicted and experimental flow stress.
