摘  要:2005年3月(冬春季草场)和2005年7月(夏季草场),分别对环青海湖地区放牧牦牛的全血、牧草和土壤中的Zn、Ca、Cu、Fe、K、Na、S、P、Cl、F、I、Se12种矿物元素和Ca、Cu、K、Fe、Na、P、Se7种矿物元素的营养状况进行了测定。结果显示,除夏季牦牛全血Se和S有显著增加外,其它矿物质含量均显著降低,提示夏季草场由于牦牛生长发育迅速其矿物质元素的缺乏更为严重,在生产中更应进行有关矿物质元素的补饲,进一步提高其生产性能。In this study we determined the zinc, calcium, copper, iron, potassium, sodium, sulphur, phosphorus, chlo- rine, fluorine, iodine, and selenium content from soil, pasture and yak blood of different aged yak in the winter and spring grasslands around the Qinghai Lake area. We also detected the levels of calcium, copper, iron, potassium, sodium, phos- phorus, and selenium from soil, pasture and yak blood of different aged yaks in the summer grasslands in the same area. The results showed sulphur and selenium levels increased from the spring to summer, but the others decreased obviously. This suggests a deficit of mineral elements in the summer grasslands which has implications for the healthy growth and development of yak. Supplementary feed for mineral elements in the summer time should be given to increase the productivity performance further.
