摘 要:以溶血与化学损伤联用制作小鼠贫血模型,先以不同浓度乙醇提取的不同剂量的藏波罗花液灌胃小鼠,以当归补血汤为对照,通过对小鼠外周血象检测,证实乙醇浓度越高的藏波罗花提取物对小鼠外周血象的效果越好。挑选出95%的藏波罗花中等剂量(2566.5mg/kg.d)乙醇提取物做集落刺激因子(CSFs)分泌能力测试,结果表明,95%的藏波罗花乙醇提取物能明显提高外周血象指标,它在一定程度上刺激分泌造血生长因子,辅助生成造血干细胞和祖细胞。The experiment adopts model group of both hemolytic anemia and chemically injured anemia. Different concentrations of ethanol extract of Incarvillea younghusbandii Sprague of different doses were put into the mouse stomach separately. Dang-Gui-Bu-Xue-Tang (DGBXT) was used as the positive control group. We observed the peripheral blood and found that the higher the concentration of Incarvillea younghusbandii Sprague ethanol extract, the better effect on the peripheral blood. Then, 95% ethanol extract (2566.5 mg/kg .d) of Incarvillea younghusbandii Sprague was used to do colony-stimulating factor (CSFs) secretion test. The results showed that the 95% ethanol extract could obviously increase the indices of peripheral blood, to some extent, and stimulate secretion of hematopoietic CSFs to help the formation of hematopoietic stem cell and ancestral cell colonies.
