摘　　要：绿色物流是现代物流发展的必然趋势,是实现经济社会可持续发展的重要内容之一。以科学发展观为指导,推动绿色物流发展已经成为我国21世纪现代物流发展的重要课题。日本通过发展绿色物流与实施绿色服务标准,使物流活动变得更加顺畅、有序、高效,为维持日本经济社会可持续发展提供了重要保障。为推动我国绿色物流发展,应借鉴日本政府推动绿色物流发展的有益经验,结合我国绿色物流业发展实际,在制定我国绿色物流发展长期战略目标、中期规划目标及近期目标的同时,构建绿色物流系统动力,完善绿色物流管理体制,制定物流环保法规,实施绿色物流税收政策,加强生态物流系统建设,构建新型环保物流系统,大力发展多式联运,建立企业联盟运作模式。Green logistics is the absolute trend in modern logistics development;it is one of the important contents for us to realize the sustainable economic and social development.Taking the scientific outlook on development as the guide and promoting the development of green logistics is the important task of modern logistics development in the 21th century in China.By developing green logistics and implementing green service standard,Japan makes the logistic activities to be more smooth,orderly and efficient and helps to lay a solid foundation for maintaining the sustainable development of Japanese economy and society.To promote China＇s green logistic development,we should,first,learn from Japanese experience in promoting the development of green logistics;second,on the basis of China＇s green logistics development,while formulating China＇s long-term and medium-term planning and short-term target for green logistics development,we should strengthen the driving forces,improve the management mechanism,improve the related laws and regulations,and implement taxation policy for green logistics,strengthen construction of eco-logistics system,construct the new environmental logistic system,strengthen the development of multi-pattern transportation and establish the pattern of allied operation.
