环新疆经济圈跨国区域经济合作实证研究——基于商品贸易自由化视角的分析

摘　　要：环新疆经济圈内的贸易投资合作关系为该区域内经济合作提供了现实基础。各经济体在经济发展的各个层面,如资金、技术、贸易、能源、交通等方面都具有较强的互补性。在全球区域一体化的发展趋势中,各经济体应形成合理的产业分工体系,实现经济圈资源的重新配置,进一步推动整个地区的经济合作与共同发展。在环新疆经济圈视角下推进以新疆为核心的区域经济合作、扩大中国依托新疆参与区域合作的途径,以及未来建立自由贸易区的构想,具有重要的战略意义。The trading and investment cooperation relationship within the Xingjiang Economic Ring has provided practical basis for the economic cooperation within the region. Each economic community strongly compliments to each other at various levels of the economic development, e. g. funding, technology, trading, energy and transpor- tation. With the trend of globalization at regional level, each economic community should form reasonable industrial allocation system, realize the reapplication of resources within the economic circle, so that the economic cooperation and mutual development in the entire region is further steered. It＇s of the significant strategic meaning to push for the regional economic cooperation around Xingjiang from the Xin^iang Economic Ring perspective, to enlarge channels through which China can participate the regional cooperation via Xingjiang, and to have the future plan of setting up free trade zone.
