抗高血压因子对心肌舒缩功能的改善作用

摘  要:目的 探讨抗高血压因子 (AHF)对心肌舒缩性能的改善作用。方法 以肾性高血压大鼠为模型 ,观察从人红细胞中提取的AHF对大鼠的HR ,SBP ,DBP ,LVESP ,LVEDP及 +dp/dt,| -dp/dt|的降低作用。结果 上述指标的降幅分别为 2 7 3 % ,4 0 2 % ,4 2 8% ,3 9 9% ,70 0 % ,2 3 3 %和 2 5 9% (P均 <0 0 1) ,SBP的降低与其LVESP及 +dp/dt降低的百分数呈明显的正相关关系。Objective The author observed the improvement of antihypertensive factor (AHF) on cardiac systolic and diastolic function.Methods The change of cardiac systolic and diastolic function in rats with renal hypertension and the effect of AHF on them were observed. The 2K-IC renal hypertensive rats (RHR) were injected with AHF (0 8 mg/mL, 1 6 mg/kg iv) purified from human erythrocytes. Results It was found that the SBP, DBP, LVESP, LVEDP and +dp/dt, |-dp/dt| of RHR increased with a mean rise 64 1, 36 2, 68 4, 26 1, 108 3 and 111 7 percent compared with that of SOR. The HR, SBP, DBP, LVESP, LVEDP and +dp/dt, |-dp/dt| of RHR decreased with a mean drop 27 3,40 2,42 8,39 9,70 0,23 3, and 25 9 percent evidently after iv AHF. Correlative analysis indicated that there was a positive relation between the lowering percent of SBP and that of LVESP ( r =0 91, P <0 01) or+dp/dt ( r=0 95,P<0 01) . Conclusion The results indicat that the cardiac negative chronotropic and intropic effects of AHF may play an important role in lowering blood pressure and improving left ventricle systolic and diastolic functions.
