血管瘤型J亚群禽白血病的病理组织学观察

摘　　要：对广东某蛋鸡场送检蛋种鸡剖检后,经PCR检测其病原为J亚群禽白血病病毒,诊断为血管瘤型J亚群禽白血病。通过石蜡切片和常规染色方法,对其病理组织学变化特点进行了研究,采用免疫组织化学方法,以CD34对血管内皮细胞进行了标记和鉴定。结果显示,肿瘤组织内增生的血管内皮细胞呈CD34阳性表达。该病呈现典型的海绵状血管瘤病变特征,血管内皮细胞明显增生并逐渐形成密集分布的血管腔,可见不同阶段的瘤细胞以及血管瘤形成不同时期的细胞形态,呈现阶段性、分期发展的病理组织学特点。Hemangioma is one of neoplastic diseases associated with avian leucosis virus subgroup J（ALV-J）.There were few histopathologic reports about this disease.Our laboratory diagnosed the cases of hemangioma occurred in a layer chicken farm in Guangdong province,and PCR detection indicated that the pathogen was ALV-J.Then paraffin section and routine staining methods were applied to study the histopathologic characteristic of hemangioma.The results showed that the disease presented typical character of cavernous hemangioma.The vascular endothelial cells hyperplasia occurred markedly in tumor tissue,and shape into close-set lumens of blood vessel.Different stages of neoplastic cells and multiplicate cell morpha at different times were observed.The histopathologic characteristic of hemangioma associated with ALV-J presented evolution by phases and stages.
