摘 要:将28日龄的150只肉鸡随机分为5个组,每组30只,A、B、C组分别口服以减毒沙门菌为载体的生长抑素基因疫苗pcS/2SS,剂量分别为8×109、4×109、1×109 CFU/只,D组口服生理盐水,作为对照组,E组口服减毒沙门菌CS022,2周后加强免疫1次。研究生长抑素基因疫苗对肉用鸡生长相关激素和抗生长抑素抗体的影响。结果显示,以减毒沙门菌为载体的生长抑素基因疫苗pcS/2SS口服疫苗免疫肉鸡后,各试验组日增重有升高趋势,C组日增重分别比D、E组提高了10.7%和9.5%(P<0.05),而且C组肉鸡饲料利用率较高,分别比D、E组提高了10.9%和15.4%。与对照组(D、E组)相比,C组血浆GH浓度明显升高(P<0.05),试验组血浆T3含量有上升趋势;而A、B组GH、T4、T3与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。各试验组抗SS抗体在加强免疫后2周时达到最高,各试验组P/N值均达到阳性,加强免疫后4周时,抗体水平有所下降,其中C组肉鸡抗体P/N值为阳性,A、B组肉鸡此时均值未达到阳性。结果表明,口服生长抑素基因疫苗可以提高肉鸡的日增重和饲料转化率,增加肉鸡血浆GH、T3浓度,提高生长抑素抗体P/N值,1×109 CFU/只为较适宜剂量。150 broilersat 28-day-old were randomly divided into 5 groups.Group A、B and C were immunized with the oral pcS/2SS DNA vaccine at three dosage levels(8×109 CFU,4×109 CFU,1×109CFU per broiler) and boosted after two weeks with the same doses.Group D received normal saline and served as normal control,while group E was given attenuated Salmonella CS022 and served as negative control.The effects of oral pcS/2SS DNA vaccine on growth performance and relative hormones of broiler were studied.The results shown that after immunization of pcS/2SS DNA vaccine using attenuated Salmonella CS022 as a carrier,the daily gain of each experimental group had a tendency to increase.The daily gain of the group C increased by 10.7 % and 9.5 %(P0.05),respectively,and feed efficiency increased by 10.9 % and 15.4 %,respectively,compare with group D and E.Plasma GH level of group C was significantly higher than that of the controls(P0.05).Plasma T3 level of experimental group exhibited ascenting.T4 level in group C had a tendency to decrease,compared with that of group D.Anti-SS antibody level of each experimental group attained to the top two weeks after booster immunization.P/N value of each experimental group runned up to positive level.Anti-SS antibody level of each experimental group slightly decreased four weeks after booster immunization.Anti-SS antibody level of group C still reached postive standard,when anti-SS antibody levels of group A and group B were below the positive standard.These results indicated that oral pcS/2SS DNA vaccine can incrase daily gain and feed efficiency,enhance plasma GH,and T3 level and P/N value of somatastatin antibody,with the best effect at the dose of 1×109 CFU.
