Effect of α-ketoglutaric acid on growth performance,blood biochemical measurements and visceral organ index of weaned pigs after repeated LPS-stimulation

摘  要:试验选取24头体质量为(6.79±0.32)kg的断奶仔猪(杜洛克×长白×大约克)随机分成4个处理组,每个处理设6个重复(猪),2×2因子设计。在试验的第10、13、15天对应激组的猪腹腔注射100μg/kg LPS,非应激组注射等量的生理盐水。结果显示:(1)日粮添加1%AKG对非应激期仔猪生长性能无显著性影响(P>0.05);(2)日粮添加1%AKG可以缓解LPS多次刺激引起断奶仔猪的平均日增重的下降(P<0.05);(3)LPS多次刺激下,日粮中添加1%AKG降低了猪血液中总蛋白(P<0.05)和球蛋白的含量(P<0.01),提高了白蛋白/球蛋白(P<0.01);(4)LPS多次刺激导致猪脾脏器官指数显著增加(P<0.05)。结果表明,1%AKG在一定程度上能缓解LPS多次刺激导致的生长抑制和应激反应。An experiment was conducted to study the effect of α-ketoglutaric acid(AKG) on growth performance,blood biochemical measurements and visceral organ index of weaned pigs after lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-stimulated repeatedly.24 healthy crossbred(Duroc×Landrace×Largewhite) weanling piglets,weighing(6.79±0.32) kg,were randomly allocated to 4 treatments in a 2×2 factorial design.with 8 replications each(pigs).Piglets in the LPS control group were intraperitoneally injected with 100 μg/kg LPS every other day(at 10,13 and 15 d after experiment),whereas piglets in the control group were injected with the same dose of normal saline.The results showed that:(1) 1% AKG had no significant impact on the growth performance of non-stress period in piglets;(2)1% AKG alleviated the decrease of ADG induced by LPS-stimulation repeated(P0.05);(3) After challenged repeated with LPS,total protein and globulin of the AKG group was decreased(P0.01) and ALB/GLB was increased(P0.01);(4) LPS-stimulation repeated increased the absolute weight and the relative weight of spleen(P0.05).The results indicated that dietary supplementation with 1%AKG can alleviate the growth depression and stress response induced by LPS to some degree.
