摘 要:本文主要介绍了船闸平面阀门底缘空穴流的一些初步研究成果,包括五种阀门底缘型式及三种阀门后廊道顶坡扩大比的临界空穴数资料,比较了阀门后廊道连接型式及阀门门槽对临界空穴数的影响。此外,本文还分析讨论了平面阀门临界空穴数变化的一些特性,以及它与反弧形阀门临界空穴数变化特性的一些区别和原因.最后,推荐了较优的阀门底缘型式,可供设计船闸平面阀门时参考。The type of slide valves is not only widely used for low-lift and medium-lift navigation locks but also for high-lift navigation locks with head over 20m in China.The preliminary research results of the cavitation flow on slide valve lip are presented in this paper,including the critical cavitation numbers of five types of valve lip and three expansion ratios of culvert area as well as the effects of valve slots and culvert transition forms behind valve on critical cavitation numbers.In addition,some characteristics of the critical cavitation numbers of the slide valve are analysed and discussed in the paper,and comparisons of the cavitation characteristics between the slide valve and the reversed tainter valve are also made.Finally,optimized lip type is recommended for reference of slide valve disign in navigation locks.
