FDI对浙江技术溢出效应的实证分析

摘　　要：外商直接投资(FDI)作为国际资本流动的主要方式,对东道国的经济和技术发展产生了巨大的影响,以往的研究大量集中在FDI对中国整体技术溢出效应层面,而鲜有文章注重FDI对单一省份技术外溢的研究。分析FDI对浙江技术进步的作用,结合浙江利用外资的数据,根据柯布-道格拉斯生产函数建立衡量技术溢出效应的数学模型,进行了实证分析。实证结果表明,浙江外商直接投资对经济不存在技术外溢效应,原因在于浙江吸引的外资层次不高。提出了可行性建议,以期改善这种局面。FDI（ Foreign Direct Investment） ,which as a main way in the international capital flow, has an im- portant influence on the economy and technical development of host country. The research done before, is mainly focused on the technological spill - over effect on the whole level of China. But no one pay attention to the techno- logical spill - over effect by FDI on the single province. This paper analyses the positive effect on FDI to technology in Zhejiang. And then, the paper uses the full and accurate data, according to the Cobb - Douglas production func- tion, to take a positive analysis on technological spill - over effect of FDI. The positive outcome is shown that there are no technological spill - over effects of FDI in Zhejiang. It is the reason that the level of FDI in Zhejiang is not very high. And at the ending of the paper, there are some available suggestions to imorove this situation.
