紫荆叶与紫荆皮消炎镇痛作用比较

摘　　要：目的:研究紫荆叶与紫荆皮水提物和醇提物的消炎镇痛作用。方法:分别利用小鼠扭体法和二甲苯耳胀法研究紫荆叶与紫荆皮的消炎镇痛作用。结果:紫荆皮较紫荆叶的镇痛效果较好,不同剂量组差异均有显著性(P<0.01,P<0.05);紫荆皮与叶均有消炎作用,且紫荆皮效果较紫荆叶明显(P<0.01,P<0.05)。紫荆叶醇提物较水提物具有更加明显的镇痛消炎作用,而紫荆皮水提物较醇提物镇痛消炎作用显著。结论:紫荆皮较紫荆叶消炎镇痛作用显著,且不同溶剂提取物作用不同。OBJECTIVE To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of water and alcohol extracts of the Cercis chinensis Bunee leaves and cortices. METHODS The ear edema induced by dimethyl benzene and mice writhing test were used in rats to study the anti-inflammation and analgesic effect. RESULTS The analgesic effects of cortices were better than that of leaves, the difference was significant in various dosage groups （P〈0. 01, P〈0. 05）. Both Cercis chinensis Bunee leaves and cortices had anti-inflammatory effects, also the effects of cortices were better than that of leaves （P〈0. 01, P〈0. 05）. The al cobol extract of the Cercis chinensis Bunee leaves were better than its water extract, but the water extract of the Cercis chinensis Bunee cortices were better than the alcohol extract. CONCLUSION The Cercis chinensis Bunee cortices were better than leaves in anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, and the effects were different with various solvents.
