摘　　要：目的回顾性分析应用Ｃａｒｐｅｎｔｉｅｒ环行瓣膜成形术的手术效果。方法自１９９７年７月至１９９８年５月用Ｃａｒｐｅｎｔｉｅｒ环行瓣膜成形术１９例，其中二尖瓣成形术１０例，三尖瓣成形术９例，均为Ｅｂｓｔｅｉｎ畸型。手术包括腱索缩短、瓣叶楔形切除，然后置入Ｃａｒｐｅｎｔｉｅｒ环；Ｅｂｓｔｅｉｎ畸型术中修补房间隔缺损（ＡＳＤ）、折叠房化心室，然后置入Ｃａｒｐｅｎｔｉｅｒ环。结果除１例单心房患者死于术后多器官功能衰竭外，其它患者心功能明显改善，心功能Ⅰ级１２例，Ⅱ级６例。结论瓣膜成形术中，瓣环的置入对瓣膜成形术的成功和效果持久是至关重要的。Objective The operative effects of applying Carpentier ring were retrospectively reviewed. Methods Carpentier rings were used on 19 patients for valve reconstruction through July 1997 to May 1998. Mitral valve reconstruction was done on 10 patients. The reconstruction procedures were chordal shortering, posterior leaflet rectangular resection and then insertion of Carpentier ring. Tricuspid valve reconsturction was done on 9 patients with Ebstein's anomaly. ASD was closed. The atrialized right ventricle was plicated, and then Carpentier ring inserted. Results There was only one death who suffered from common atrium and was due to multiple organ failure. Followup of 18 patients showed remarkable improvement on their heart function. Conclusions Carpentier ring is of great importance for the effectiveness of valve reconstruction.
