摘　　要：本文建立了固相萃取-超高效液相色谱(UPLC)法同时测定饲料中盐酸多巴胺、西马特罗、沙丁胺醇、特布他林和莱克多巴胺等五种β-兴奋剂的方法。饲料样品用甲醇提取,提取分别采用Alumina A柱和MCX柱净化,外标法定量。五种β-兴奋剂的检测低限为6.0～8.5μg/kg,回收率为72.8%～97.0%,RSD为:1.8%～4.1%。方法有效、简便、准确,并能同时测定饲料中五种β-兴奋剂。A solid phase extraction coupled with ultra performance liquid chromatography（UPLC） method was established for the simultaneous determination of five β-agonists（dopamine hydrochloride,cimaterol,salbutamol,terbutaline and ractopamine） in feed.Target compounds in samples were extracted with methanol.The extraction was cleaned up with Alumina A and MCX cartridge.The determination limits ranged from 6.0 μg/kg to 8.5 μg/kg,the recoveries range were from 72.8 % to 97.0 %,relative standard deviations range from 1.8 % to 4.1 %.The new method was effective,simple and accurate for determining five β-agonists simultaneously in feed.
