不同剂量铜摄入对大鼠血脂影响

摘　　要：目的探讨铜摄入量对大鼠血脂的影响,为定量评价铜引发动脉粥样硬化（atherosc lerosis,AS）的危险性提供数据基础。方法选择Wistar大鼠饲以缺铜饲料并给予不同剂量葡萄糖酸铜30 d,分析铜摄入量与大鼠体内总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三脂（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、载脂蛋白A1（ApoA1）、载脂蛋白B（ApoB）等血脂指标关系。结果铜摄入量≤0.047 mg/kg时,大鼠血中ApoB为0.31~0.35 g/L、LDL-C为0.37~0.43 mmol/L,2者均高于正常对照水平,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;铜摄入量≤0.175 mg/kg时,大鼠血中TG为1.28~1.53 mmol/L,高于正常对照水平,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;铜摄入量为4.015 mg/kg时,ApoA1为（0.12±0.02）g/L,高于正常对照,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论铜摄入量异常可不同程度对大鼠各项血脂指标产生影响,进而对AS的发生与发展产生促进或抑制作用。Objective To research the effect of copper intake on the blood lipid in rats,and to provide data for quantitative risk assessment of copper-induced atherosclerosis（AS）.Methods Wistar rats were fed with special feeds without copper,and stock diet was given with copper gluconate in different dose using stomach tube every day for 30 days.The relationships between copper intake and the indexes of blood lipid such as total cholesterol（TG）,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,apolipoprotein A1（ApoAI） and apolipoprotein B（AopB） in the rats were analyzed.Results When the copper intake was lower than 0.047 mg/kg·bw,the ApoB in the rat serum was 0.31-0.35 g/L,and the LDL-C was 0.37-0.43 mmol/L;both of them were higher than those of normal level with statistical significance（P 0.05）.When the copper intake was lower than 0.175mg/kg·bw,the TG was in the range of 1.28-1.53 mmol/L,higher than that of normal level with statistical significance（P 0.05）.When the copper intake was 4.015 mg/kg·bw,both the HDL-C and the ApoA1（0.12±0.02 g/L） in the rat serum were higher than normal level compared with those of the normal control with statistical significance（P 0.05）.Conclusion The abnormal copper intake could produce different effects on lipids of serum and accelerate or prevent the occurrence and development of AS.
