亚健康大学生阴虚及阳虚体质特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析亚健康与中医阴虚、阳虚体质表现特征,探讨亚健康的体质特征。方法抽取广州市某大学学生共7 000名,由调查员在体检时进行现场调查。由中医学专家根据调查问卷进行评价诊断,依据体检报告排除患有各种实质性疾病者后进行统计分析。结果医科院校学生亚健康总体现患率62.51%,女生现患率高于男生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);健康人群平和体质占大部分(95.80%),偏颇体质仅占4.20%;亚健康人群平和体质占52.30%,偏颇体质占了47.70%,不同健康状态比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),亚健康人群较易具偏颇中医体质倾向;亚健康大学生在心理、社会症状方面表现比较突出。阴虚、阳虚体质的亚健康大学生除具有阴虚、阳虚体质的表现外,还兼具湿热、脾虚、血瘀等症状。结论医科大学学生广泛存在亚健康状态,特别是心理、社会方面,需要学校加强关注,积极预防亚健康发生。Objective To study the characteristics of deficiencies of yin and yang among sub-healthy undergraduate students according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）.Methods Though field survey,7 000 undergraduate students in Guangzhou were surveyed with Sub-health Self-rating Scale（SSS） and the Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire（CCMQ）.The data were analyzed with frequencies and Chi-square test to explore the correlation between TCM construction and sub-health among the undergraduate students.Results The results showed that the total prevalence rate of sub-health among the students was 62.51%.The prevalence rate of sub-health in the female was significantly higher than that of in the male（P0.05）.The results also showed that the ratio of biased constitution healthy among the students was 4.20%,while that of sub-healthy was 47.70%.There were statistical significances in the ratios between different 9 TCM constitutions（P0.05）.There were many psychological and social problems among the sub-health students including the characteristics of dampness-heat,blood stasis and insufficiency of the spleen besides the deficiency of yin and deficiency of yang among the sub-healthy students with deficiency of yin and deficiency of yang.Conclusion There are many psychological and social problems among sub-health undergraduate students and attention should be taken for the students to prevent the occurrence of sub-health.
