摘　　要：目的探讨超声心动图在冠状动脉瘘与冠状动脉窦瘤鉴别诊断中的价值。方法对3例诊断为冠状动脉瘘与16例诊断为冠状动脉窦瘤破裂患者的超声心动图进行分析。结果超声心动图对19例病例均能做出较为明确的初步诊断，术后证实诊断符合率达100％。结论超声心动图在冠状动脉瘘与冠状动脉窦瘤的鉴别诊断上具有重要的应用价值。Objective To discuss the value of echocm-diography in the differential diagnosis of coronary artery fistula and aneurysm of valsalva sinus. Methods To analyze the feature of echocardiography in 3 patients with coronary artery fistula and 16 patients with rupture liminary diagnosis can be more clearly after the echocardiograph postop confirm that the diagnosis rate was 100%. Conclusions aneurysm of valsalva sinus. Results A prey worked for 19 patients. The results of the The echocardiography will have an important value in the differential diagnosis of coronary artery fistula and aneurysm of valsalva sinus.
