摘　　要：目的：研究月桂氮艹卓酮对细菌的抑制作用。方法：采用试管稀释法、药敏试验法、细菌酶学试验和透射电镜下观察。结果：月桂氮艹卓酮对革兰染色阳性细菌及芽孢和所试的厌氧菌，其最小抑菌浓度不超过２０μｇ·ｍｌ－１。结论：月桂氮艹卓酮破坏了细菌胞壁结构，导致了细菌内容物的外漏，抑制了细菌的生长繁殖。BJECTIVE :To study the bacteriostasis of Azone.5HZMETHOD: The tube dilute method,drug susceptibility testing method,bacteria enzymology testing method and observation under electron microscope were used. RESULTS: Azone showed bacteriostasis against G+ bactera,spores and anaerobic bactera with MIC less than 20gml-1.CONCLUSION: Azone destroyed the structure of the cell wall of these bacteria,resulted in their leakage of intracellular enzymes,and restrained the growth of these bacteria.
