补肾活血煎和银杏液对大鼠交配行为的研究

摘　　要：观察中药补肾活血煎和银杏液对去势大鼠跨背（交配）行为的影响。The effect of Kidney Supplementing Blood Flow Quickening Decoction and Ginkgo Liquid on the copulation action of the castrated rat has been studied. The perfusion administration amounts of Kidney Supplementing Blood Flow Quickening Decoction and Ginkgo Liquid were grouped two dosage groups and investigated, respectively. The water perfusion was as the blank control group and the subcutaneous injection of testosterone propionate was as the positive control group. As compared with the blank control group the various dosage groups of Kidney Supplementing Blood Flow Quickening Decoction and Ginkgo Liquid could make the copulation times of the castrated rat greatly increased. But the action of positive control group was the most obvious. The results indicated that Kidney Supplementing Blood Flow Quickening Decoction and Ginkgo Liquid possessed the improving action of lower sexual function.
