摘　　要：介绍了IGBT驱动电路的要点以及过流保护的工作原理，给出了自行设计的一种简单、实用的新型IGBT保护电路。经实践表明，该电路安全可靠，可起到保护IGBT过流的作用。The principle of IGBT drive circuit and Over- current protection are introduced; A new and practical Over- current protection for IGBT designed by ourselves was introduce at last. It has been testified by practice that it is safety and credibility, and is can protect IGBT from over current.
