摘  要:目的 分析持续颅内压监测对脑出血术后早期颅内压的监测作用,并评价纳络酮对脑出血患者的治疗价值.方法 将65例脑出血患者分为治疗组(纳络酮治疗组35例)和对照组(30例),分别于术后进行持续颅内压监测,并评价临床疗效和患者预后,分析纳络酮对它们的影响.结果 颅内压的改变与患者预后具有相关性,颅内压越高,病情越重,预后越差;治疗组颅内压水平及脑水肿程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05);其治疗有效率及显效率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 持续颅内压监测在脑出血救治中起着重要作用,纳络酮能有效地降低颅内压,提高患者治疗效果.Objective To analyze the role of monitoring intracranial pressure continuously in treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH) , and evaluate the value of Naloxon(NLX) in treatment of patients. Methods 65 patients were divided into 2 groups, control group(n=30) and treatment group(n=35, treated with NLX). Intracranial pressure of 2 groups were monitored continuously after surgery.Effect of NLX on the prognosis and the clinical cure was evaluated.Results Intracranial pressure changes was related to the prognosis, severer intracranial pressure and diseases would beget poorer prognosis. Intracranial pressure and brain edema in the treatment group was significantly getting better(P〈0.05) with better effective rat and significant effective rat(P〈 0.05) than that in the control group. Conclusion Monitoring intracranial pressure continuously plays very important role in treatment of HICH. NLX can reduce effectively intracranial pressure and increase therapeutic effect.
