摘　　要：2005年以来,学习型组织研究进一步繁荣和发展,取得一系列著作新成果,对推动学习型组织发展与创新发挥了重要作用。文章依据2005-2009年间出版的学习型组织著作,对学习型组织研究前沿与热点问题进行述评。learning-style organization research had some further prosperity and development in 2005-2009,published a series of works,played an important role on the promotion of adult learning-style organization development and innovation.According to the learning-style organization works published in 2005-2009,the paper reviews the research frontier and hot issues on learning-style organization.
