中国“富二代”法律素质培养问题研究

摘　　要：当前"富二代"在公众舆论中多以负面形象出现,蔑视法律是他们的一大特征。"富二代"自身存在的法律素质问题集中体现在法律知识欠缺、法律意识淡漠、法律能力堪忧等方面,其原因既有社会因素也有自身内在原因。加快制度完善优化法治环境、重视家庭教育,建立培训机制和"富二代"自身的完善强化将是解决"富二代"法律素质缺陷的治本之策。As a new affluent social class,＂Rich second-generation＂leaves more negative images in public opinion.Despising the law is their big characteristic.The legal quality problems of.＂Rich second-genVration＂embodied in many aspects：lack of legal knowledge.faint legal consciousness,worried legal capability.It is the result of social factors and their own internal reasons.To speed up construction of related systems and optimize the law environment;to Value home education and establish training mechanism;to enhance the self-improvement of＂rich second—generation＂ will be the perfect solmion to solve the problem.
