摘　　要：为了适应世界农产品可持续贸易的发展趋势,发达国家和发展中国家都主动对其国内农业政策和农业贸易立法进行了全面而深刻的调整。面对日趋复杂的国际农产品贸易环境,我国要在借鉴国外农业可持续贸易政策及先进立法经验的基础上,尽快建立和完善符合我国农业贸易可持续发展要求和WTO农业贸易规则要求的农业可持续贸易法制保障体系。In order to adapt to the trends of sustainable trade of world agricultural products,both developed and developing countries took a comprehensive and profound adjustment to their domestic agricultural policies and agricultural trade legislations.Faced with the growing complexity environment of international agricultural trade,on the basis of advanced experience of foreign trade policy and legislations,we should establish and improve the system of law for sustainable agriculture trade in line with the requirements of China＇s sustainable agriculture and the rules of WTO as soon as possible.
