摘　　要：介绍了天津上下园还迁住宅楼地下工程的防水施工工艺。该工程地下基础防水采用混凝土结构自防水和两层Ⅱ型SBS改性沥青防水卷材进行防水设防,外加350 g油毡作柔性保护层,桩头及桩周采用聚合物水泥防水砂浆和水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料进行防水处理,桩顶钢筋根部绑扎2 cm×3 cm的遇水膨胀止水条。The article introduces waterproofing methods for underground works of Shangxiayuan residential buildings in Tianjin.The underground foundations use self-waterproofing concrete and two layers of typeⅡSBS modified bitumen membrane as main waterproofing tools as well as 350 g asphalt felt for protective layer.The pile head uses JS and CCCW for waterproofing,and its steel bars are tied up with 2 cm×3 cm hydroexpansive water-stops.
