摘　　要：目的 观察牛黄痔清栓联合药物直肠滴入治疗肛窦炎的疗效.方法 将92例肛窦炎患者随机分成观察组和对照组,各46例.观察组给予牛黄痔清栓塞肛门,联合西药直肠滴入;对照组用牛黄痔清栓塞肛门,观察两组的临床疗效.结果 总有效率,观察组为95.7%,对照组为87%,两组比较差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）.结论 牛黄痔清栓联合西药直肠滴入的综合方法来治疗肛窦炎,无创伤,无痛苦,使用方便,取得很好的疗效.Objective Observe the treatment effect of bezoar hemorrhoids clear hitch union with western medicine rectum driping into the anal sinusitis to treat anal sinusitis. Methods Divide 92 patients with anal sinusitis into treatment group and control group averagely The treatment group was given the bezoar hemorrhoids clear embolism anus, union with western medicine rectum driping into the anal sinusitis; the control group was given the bezoar hemorrhoids clear embolism anus only; observe the treatment effect of the two groups. Results Total effectiveness, treatment group 95.7%, control group 87% （〈0.05）. The treatment group surpasses the control group. Conclusions The bezoar hemorrhoids clear hitch union with western medicine rectum driping into the anal sinusitis to treat the anal sinusitis, is woundles and painless; and it ＇ s easy to operate, and it can obtain very good treatment effect.
