摘  要:为了研究电机机壳外肋的各因素组合方式对系统散热性能的影响,采用综合的正交试验法,以机壳的最高温度为指标,通过正交试验极差分析法分析得知肋间距是最敏感的影响因素,其次是肋厚,再次是肋高。随着肋高的增大,最高温度先降低后升高;随着肋宽的增大,最高温度先降低后升高;随着肋间距的增加,最高温度逐渐升高,升高斜率越来越低。综合考虑各因素的影响,最佳组合搭配方案为肋高85 mm、肋厚8 mm、肋间距25 mm。肋厚对对流换热面积几乎没有影响,肋间距是影响湍流强度最明显的因素。The orthogonal experiment method was adopted to study the influence of the geometric parameters of the fins around the motor shell on the overall heat dissipation performance of the motor. The study showed that the key factors that influence the maximal temperature in the motor shell are,respectively,the fin pitch,the fin thickness and the fin height with their sensitivities decreasing in sequence.It was found that with the increase in the fin thickness or the fin height,the maximum shell temperature decreases first and then increases.As for the fin pitch,however,the maximal shell temperature increase monotonously with the fin pitch.The optimal fin structure was determined as the fin height of 85 mm,fin thickness of 8 mm and fin pitch of 25 mm.Besides,it was also indicated that the effect of the fin thickness on the total convective heat transfer surface is negligible,and the fin pitch is the most sensitive factor that influences the turbulence intensity.
