摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶法以硅酸铝纤维布(fiber)为载体通过不同溶胶配比制备纳米TiO_2-硅酸铝纤维(TiO_2-fiber)复合物使用X射线衍射仪(XRD)及场发射扫描电镜(FSEM)等手段对其进行表征;在波长为253.7 nm的紫外光(UV)照射下使用复合物进行多种工况下的光催化脱汞试验,验证催化脱汞性能。结果表明,复合物表面TiO_2纳米微粒尺寸可控制在10~20 nm左右;紫外光照射下脱汞率最高可达95%,催化脱汞性能优异;溶胶醇酸比为2/1时,复合物催化活性最强;气氛组分、光照强度及温度等因素对催化反应有明显影响。A process by sol-gel method has been developed to synthesize a novel composite catalysts of nano-scale TiO2coated on fabrics made of aluminium silicate fibers.X-ray diffraction microscopy (XRD),Field scanning electron microscopy(FSEM) testing methods were utilized to characterize the catalysts.Photocatalytic experiments with the catalysts for mercury removal were carried out in a lengthways reactor with an on-line mercury monitor under UV irradiation at the wave length of 253.7nm.The results show that a homogeneous coating of nano- TiO2 particulates on the surfaces of the fibers with diameters in the range of 10~20 nm was effectively achieved.With the irradiation of UV the removal rate of mercury vapor could reach 95%.The composites demonstrate optimal catalysis with a C2H5OH/CH3COOH of 2/1.Other factors also exhibit considerable impact on the removal of mercury,such as the composition of the sol,intensity of UV irradiation and reaction temperature.
