摘 要:燃用煤油是脉冲爆震发动机工程化应用研究中亟待解决的一项关键技术。由于煤油的蒸发性差,常温下在空气中很难起爆。为了突破煤油在脉冲爆震发动机中的应用限制,利用爆震室壁面高温蒸发煤油,提高煤油在PDE中的起爆性能。本文利用PDE工作时的壁温和少量来流空气,在PDE管外设计了蒸发器,对供入PDE的煤油实行预蒸发,以提高燃用煤油PDE的起爆和工作性能。试验研究了不同蒸发器供气量、供油量和PDE工作频率下煤油的蒸发率。获得了煤油蒸发率随蒸发器供气量、供油量和PDE工作频率而变化的规律。结果表明,利用蒸发器可以达到起爆煤油PDE的蒸发要求。Application of kerosene in pulse detonation engine is a key technology in practical area. Kerosene is difficult to detonate in environment for its low volatility.Utilization of heat from high temperature detonator-wall to evaporate kerosene in advance can improve kerosene detonability.The evaporator is a circular tube wrapped outside the detonator.Kerosene is fed into the evaporator from its rear port along with little flux of air and heated up and evaporate before it fill into the detonator.Tests were performed to investigate the kerosene evaporation ratio under different air flux through evaporator,kerosene flux and pulse detonation engine running frequency.Laws of kerosene evaporation vary with air flux through evaporator,kerosene flux and pulse detonation running frequency are gained.The results show that the evaporator's effect meets the need of evaporation ratio for kerosene detonation.
