摘　　要：2010年欧盟建设在实施《里斯本条约》、制定《欧洲2020战略》、推进共同外交方面均取得重要进展。但在新形势下,欧盟建设仍面临棘手难题与阻力,特别是伴随着金融危机接踵而来的主权债务危机对其造成严重冲击,促使欧盟进行深刻反思,并妥谋应对之策。未来欧盟一体化建设仍是不平坦的,但排难前进依然是其发展的主流。It is a fruitful year of 2010 for the construction of the European Union.The Lisbon Treaty has finally gone into effect,the Europe 2020 strategy has been proved and the common foreign and security policy witnessed new progress.Yet there are still tough problems and obstacles ahead, especially the dreadful hit of Europe's sovereign-debt crisis following the financial crisis, which deserves attention and reflection for proper solutions.The future European integration process will not be smooth and flat,but step by step approach will remain the mainstream.
