摘　　要：平衡高校自主管理权与大学生权利的冲突,应树立教育法治化的理念,完善高校学生管理法律体系,建立高校管理正当程序,完善高校学生权利的救济机制。Balance in the conflicts and confronts between colleges＂ self-governing power and students＂ rights, should set up the concept of rule of law in education, improve the legal system of the student management, establish due process of the university management, improve the rights of college students＂ relief mechanism.
