涤粘仿毛织物松弛收缩率的影响因素

摘　　要：松弛收缩率对于涤粘仿毛织物具有重要作用,根据已经开发的20块不同种类的涤纶、粘胶仿毛织物,通过分析织物的平方米克重、经纬纱线密度、经纬纱捻度、经纬纱缩率以及织物的经纬密度,然后利用FAST-4织物风格仪测试织物经纬向的松弛收缩率,利用SPSS软件进行多元回归分析,并且根据p检验和t检验法则分别判断多元回归方程与各个参数的显著性,分析影响仿毛织物经纬向松弛收缩率的因素。To study the relaxation shrinkage of polyester and viscose blended wool-like fabrics,20 different kinds of polyester and viscose wool-like fabrics were developed and their weight,linear density,twist,shrinkage and density were analysed.FAST-4 was used to test the elasticity of the samples,and the results were analysed with the multiple regression method in SPSS software.The significance of the regression equations and affecting parameters was judged according to t-value and p-value,and the influencing factors of warp and weft relaxation shrinkage of wool-like fabrics were studied.
