摘 要:建立了吹扫捕集-气相色谱质谱联用测定汽车装饰用皮革材料中6种挥发性化合物的分析方法。结果表明:采用DB-VRX色谱柱能将氯乙烯和丁二烯分离并定量;方法回收率为81%~102%;相对标准偏差为1.92%~8.91%;在5~200μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(氯乙烯和丁二烯为500~8000μg/mL);相关系数大于0.995;检测限为5μg/mL(氯乙烯和丁二烯为500μg/mL)。A test method based on purge-trap combined with GC-MS has been developed for the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in automotive upholstery leather. 6 species of volatile organic compounds were studied. The results indicated that vinyl chloride and butadiene could be successful separated and accurately determined by the capillary column of DB-VRX; recoveries ranged from 81% to 102%; the relative standard derivations were within the range of 1.92% and 8.91%; the linear range of analytical method was from 5.0 to 200.0 μg/mL (500-8000 μg/mL for vinyl chloride and butadiene); linear correlation coefficient was above 0.995 and the detection limit was 5 μg/mL (500μg/mL for vinyl chloride and butadiene).
