摘　　要：目的研究影响单病种子宫肌瘤患者住院费用的因素。方法从医院信息系统(Hospital Information System,HIS)中提取2009年1月1日-12月31日子宫肌瘤住院患者797例信息,筛选出有效病例312例,对患者的住院费用及主要影响因素进行分析。结果影响我院子宫肌瘤患者住院费用的因素包括住院日、付费方式、药品费用比例、手术方式。结论建立单病种费用控制评价指标,制定药品费用、手术费用、检验费用、治疗费用等权重标准来降低住院费用。Objective To study the factors influencing the cost of in-patients with hysteromyoma managed as a single disease.Methods Data about 797 patients with hysteromyoma admitted to our hospital from 2009-01-01 to 2009-12-31 were retrieved from the Hospital Information System（HIS）.The cost of 312 valid in-patients and its major influencing factors were analyzed.Results The factors influencing the cost of in-patients included hospital stay time,payment ways,drug cost proportion,and surgical procedure.Conclusion The cost of in-patients can be reduced by establishing weight criteria for controlling the cost of a single disease,including standard drug cost,as well as surgery,laboratory and treatment cost.
