社会网络嵌入视角下的社区养老模式

摘　　要：在我国经济水平还比较低,社会保障条件尚不完善的情况下,适合我国国情的养老模式就显得极为重要。社区养老因强调就地养老的原则,不仅可以使老年人在自己熟悉的生活环境中安度晚年,更符合中国安土重迁、家庭养老的传统观念,因而受到学者们的青睐。目前社区养老的关键问题是如何充分利用社会网络构建一种以政府为主导,市场资源整合、家庭积极参与,社区组织协调,机构承接服务以及志愿服务相结合的社区养老模式。On the conditions of the lower economic development and the imperfect of social security,it＇s important to set up the model of the provision for the aged.Besides,this model should be suitable for the situation in China.The idea that the provision for the aged in the community emphasizes the principle of supplying service in the former place is the favor of scholars and specialists.In this way,the aged will enjoy the life in their familiar environment.Furthermore,this model is close to the traditional concept of provision in the family.However,the key problem of provision in the community is how to set up a new model by using the social network,which includes the government which plays an important role,the integration of market resources,the active participation of family,the organization and coordination of community,service provided by the agency and voluntary service.
