论中国法学教育科学发展的路径

摘　　要：我国目前的法学教育存在虚假繁荣的问题,这种假象困扰着法学教育的科学发展。实现法学教育科学发展的前提是厘清法学教育科学发展的实质这一命题,梳理"为什么要发展法学教育,为谁发展法学教育,发展什么样的法学教育以及怎样发展法学教育"等一系列关键问题。在法学教育改革与发展中树立以人为本、以法治建设为本、以社会和谐为本的标准,坚持精英化的法学教育基本路径,并在这一路径下完成校正法学教育发展的积弊的任务。There is a false prosperity of the law education in China,which is a plague for scientific development of law education.To achieve aim that scientific development of legal education,the premise is to clarify the substance of law education and carding a series of key issues such as,＂Why should we develop the law education,develop it for whom,what kind of law education should we develop,and how develop it＂.We should establish some basic standards,such as,people-oriented,law-oriented,harmonious society-oriented in reform and development of law education,and adhere to the elite in the law education,complete the task that corrects malpractice of law education development under the guidance of it.
