摘 要:提出了一种新型CQ微带交叉耦合带通滤波器结构的设计方法,并实现了工作于Ku波段的新型CQ交叉耦合滤波器。为进一步改善滤波器带外特性,通过对其中某些谐振器加入调谐枝节来实现对阻带第三个传输零点的灵活控制,可满足通信系统的应用。仿真与实验证实该滤波器带外的第三个传输零点可控,滤波器具有良好的选择性,相对带宽5.7%,具有良好的窄带效果;实测结果表明,第三个传输零点处的抑制度可达40 dBc,具有很好的阻带特性。A novel cascaded quadruplet (CQ) microstrip cross-coupled resonator bandpass filter in Ku band was designed and fabricated. In order to improve the characteristics of the stopband, additional stubs were added on some of the resonators. It makes the third transmission zero (TZ) can be controlled flexibly, and then meets the need of communication systems. Simulation and measurement resuhs show that the third TZ can be controlled and the filter with the relative bandwidth of 5.7% has good selectivity. Measurement results show excellent stopband behavior and the suppression at the third TZ can reach 40 dBc.
