民办高校遴选优势资源打造强势体育项目的探讨

摘　　要：运用分析法系统论证了民办高校遴选优势资源打造强势体育项目的办学理念,旨在为民办高校体育工作提供借鉴;民办高校在学生、教师与办学,等众多方面有其自身的特点;集中有限的体育办学资金、体育师资、体育场馆设施以及激励机制等优势资源突出打造一到两项强势体育项目,并使得这些项目能够获得优异的竞技体育成绩,成为良好体育校园文化导向,从而进一步打造出符合民办高校特点的特色体育,提升办学知名度.Using the method of analysis,the educational philosophy on ＂Building Strong Sports from Collecting Advantage Resources of Private Colleges＂ was summarized systematically in this paper.It aimed to provide reference for private colleges＇ P.E.jobs.Private colleges have their own characteristics on students,teachers and schools,etc.Concentrating the limited funds of school sports,physical education teachers,sports facilities and other advantages resources is very important for private colleges to building one or two strong sports.Private colleges can build a feature sports and enhance education awareness through making excellent sports results,and guided good sports campus culture.
