玉屏风散辅助治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药玉屏风散与糖皮质激素吸入联合治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘,对复发的影响。方法:选择2006年2月—2008年12月就诊于门诊的95例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,随机分为观察组与对照组,两组常规治疗相同,均与糖皮质激素吸入治疗,200μg/d分2次,连用3个月。观察组加用玉屏风散的汤剂连用3个月,同时停药后观察6个月的复发情况。结果:观察组的复发率23.52%,对照组的复发率72.72%,组间比较差异具有显著性意义(P<0.001)。结论:对咳嗽变异性哮喘的患儿,用中药玉屏风散辅助治疗,可以降低复发率。Objective：To discuss the effects of using the combination of inhaled glucocorticoid and Chinese traditional medicine Yupingfeng San to cure the recurrence of children＇s Cough-variant Asthma.Method：95 cases of Cough-variant Asthma children patients treated in the clinic from February 2006 to December 2008 were divided randomly into the observation group and the control group.Two groups had the same regular treatment of the inhaled glucocorticoid,which included 20 0μg/d for twice and continued for three months.Besides the regular treatment,the observation group used the decoction of Yupingfeng San for three months continuously.After six months,the treatment was stopped on both groups and the further observation of recurrence.Results：The recurrence rate of the observation group was 23.52%;whereas the recurrence rate of the control group was 72.72%.The difference between the two groups was significant.（P0.001）.Conclusion：Chinese traditional medicine Yupingfeng San can be used as adjuvant on for children with cough-variant asthma to lower the recurrence rate.
