凤尾蕨属6种植物不同部位体外抗肿瘤作用研究

摘　　要：目的:对凤尾蕨属6种药用植物不同部位抗肿瘤作用进行筛选。方法:以人鼻咽癌细胞CNE-2Z为筛选模型,采用MTT法对凤尾蕨属6种药用植物不同溶剂萃取部位进行体外抗肿瘤活性测试。结果:半边旗的乙酸乙酯萃取物、正丁醇萃取物,刺齿半边旗的石油醚萃取物、乙酸乙酯萃取物、正丁醇萃取物,剑叶凤尾蕨的乙酸乙酯萃取物,线羽凤尾蕨的正丁醇萃取物对人鼻咽癌细胞CNE-2Z增殖有明显的抑制作用。结论:上述凤尾蕨属4种药用植物的萃取物具有较好的体外抗肿瘤活性,是其抗肿瘤作用的有效部位。Objective：To screen the active fraction with anticancer effect from six species of Pteris.Methods：The samples were prepared by solvent extraction.The six plants were extracted respectively with ethanol at first,and then every ethanolic extract was separated with petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,n-Butyl alcohol in turn to get three fractions.The antitumor activities of 18 kinds of extract in vitro were determined by MTT assay.Results：Ethyl acetate and n-BuOH extract of Pteris semipinnta L.,petroleum ether,Ethyl acetate and n-BuOH extract of P.dispar Kze.,ethyl acetate extract of P.ensiformis Burm.,and n-BuOH extract of P.linearis L.were showed to have significant inhibitory effect against cancer cell line CNE-2Z.Conclusion：The previous extract is proved to be the effective anticancer fractions in vitro from Pteris.
