顾宁教授从气虚血瘀论治冠心病经验撷菁

摘　　要：顾宁教授认为心气虚是冠心病的发病基础,贯穿疾病始终,气虚血瘀是冠心病的主要病机,治疗在辨证论治基础上,强调以益气活血为主,反对一味芳香开窍或利气化痰。文章最后介绍了顾宁教授治疗冠心病的经验方"宁心痛颗粒"和一个典型病案。Prof. GU Ning thinks that heart-qi deficiency is the pathology basis and run through the whole course of Coronary heart disease（CAD）.The main pathogenesis of CAD is qi deficiency and blood stasis.Therefore,based on the principle of syndrome differentiation,Prof.GU Ning emphasizes the treatment should be supplementing qi and activating blood circulation;and he is against blindly following the methods of resuscitating with aromatics,resolving phlegm and reinforcing qi.An experienced prescription-Ningxintong granule and a typical case are introduced in the last part of the article.
