中西医结合治疗IgA肾病气阴两虚型临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医辨证综合治疗IgA肾病气阴两虚型的临床疗效。方法:59例IgA肾病气阴两虚型患者随机分为中西医结合组(30例)及单纯西药组(29例),并进行相应治疗,观察两组疗效。结果:中西医结合组的疗效较单纯西药组疗效明显提高。结论:中西医结合治疗IgA肾病气阴两虚型具有一定优势。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Shenmao Shiwei decoction on IgA-nephropathy.Methods：59 IgAN patients with difficent degree hematuria and proteinuria were chosen and divided into treatment group（30 cases）and contrast group（29 cases）at random.Patients of treatment group took the Shenmao Shiwei decoction one dosis everyday and add modern medicine conventional therapy;Patients of contrast group simple took the modern medicine conventional therapy only Dispydamole（Persantine）combine with ACEI such as Benazepril（Lotensin）,Fosinopril（Monopril）.The effects of both groups were compared after therapy.Results：The clinical effects and symptoms of treatment group was obviously superior to those of contrast group（P0.01）.Conclusion：So Shenmao Shiwei decoction is one of valuable pure traditional Chinese medicine decoction for the treatment of IgAN.
