摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对农民大棚肺患者生活质量的影响。方法对54例农民大棚肺患者于住院期间在常规护理的基础上,开展讲座、有氧训练、呼吸训练、营养指导、心理支持等,出院时确保掌握相关疾病知识和自护技能,嘱患者自行坚持锻炼,指导预防疾病复发措施。于患者出院6个月后评价其生活质量。结果干预后患者生活质量显著提高(均P<0.01)。结论综合护理干预可有效提高农民大棚肺患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life among patients with greenhouse famer′s lung.Methods On the basis of routine care, 54 hospitalized patients with greenhouse famer′s lung additionally received the following intervention to ensure patients′ proficiency in knowledge and skills： nurses gave lectures to them about the disease, instructed them to take aerobic and breathing exercises, gave them guidance on nutrition intake and psychological support. At discharge, patients were asked to comply themselves with the exercises, and were given advice of recurrence-preventing measures.Results After the intervention, the quality of life of patients were significantly improved （P〈0.01）.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve quality of life of patients with greenhouse famer′s lung.
