摘 要:干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)是最重要的Th1型细胞因子之一,可由多种类型的免疫活性细胞产生。IFN-γ具有多种生物学效应,并可能在接受了异基因造血干细胞移植(allo-HSCT)的患者发生移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)的过程中起了关键性的作用。IFN-γ最初被认为是急性GVHD过程中介导组织损伤的关键因素之一,且与GVHD严重程度相关。然而,越来越多的实验证据显示IFN-γ也具有抑制GVHD的保护作用。同时,IFN-γ还可促进移植物抗白血病(GVL)效应。因而深入研究IFN-γ在GVHD和GVL中的作用及其机制可能为改善allo—HSCT患者的预后提供新的见解。Interferon-γ (IFN-γ), one of the most important Thl cytokines produced by various types of immune competent cells, has been shown to have multiple biological effects and may play a pivotal role in the development of graft-versus-host disease(GVHD) in patients receiving allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). IFN-γ was initially thought to be one of the key mediators of tissue damage during acute GVHD, and to be correlated with the severity of GVHD. However, increasing evidence demonstrated that IFN-γ also plays a role in inhibiting GVHD. In addition, it was demonstrated that INF-γ could facilitate graftversus-leukemic (GVL) activity. Further investigation on the role and mechanisms of IFN-γ in GVHD and GVL is expected to provide novel insights for improving the prognosis of patients after allo-HSCT.
