摘　　要：目的报道穿支蒂筋膜皮瓣修复四肢外伤后长期感染癌变创面的治疗效果。方法根据创面情况行肿块扩大切除，并选择同侧肢体穿支蒂筋膜皮瓣移位修复四肢长期感染不愈癌变缺损创面11例。结果术后皮瓣完全成活，创面I期愈合，经3—36个月随访，皮瓣外形与肢体功能恢复满意，未见癌肿复发、扩散：结论对四肢外伤后长期感染不愈癌变的创面应用显微外科手术修复可获得较为满意的疗效。Objective To report the effect of use of perforator fasciocutaneous flaps for the treatment of cancer defects following chronic infection in the extremities. Methods From October 2005 to December 2009, 11 patients with cancer defects following chronic infection in the extremities were treated in our center. After extended resection of the lesion, the defect was reconstructed with a perforator faseiocutaneous flap harvested from the ipsilateral extremity. Results The duration of follow - up ranged from 3 to 36 months. The ap- pearance of the flap was quite acceptable in all cases. Neither cancer recurrence nor spread was noted in this series. Conclusion Perfo- rator fasciocutaneous flap transfer is a reliable technique for the treatment of cancer defects following chronic infection in the extremities.
