摘 要:在分析了目前国土资源信息化建设现状的基础上,根据新疆国土资源数据中心建设的基本目标和要求,建立一个覆盖省级行政区的多类型、多尺度、多时态的综合性国土资源数据库,提出了新疆国土资源数据中心建设的思路,将多源异构的国土资源数据综合多种技术手段,建立数据分发与服务、数据共享、数据更新与维护的完整体系。介绍了基于GIS技术建设国土资源数据中心的技术和方法,详细介绍了数据中心系统的基本功能,并分析了国土资源数据中心与国土资源电子政务的关系。In the rapid development of information technology mationization in-depth, land resources data total quantity un, today, along with the building of land resources infor- Leeasingly increases in our country. However, as the land resources data center is a large and complex system, moreover, Xinjiang is still in the initial phase of building of land resources data center, in the process of building the following issues exist in various systems : the absence of an overall and unified planning, the phenomena of different construction time, different manufacturers, different technical equipment, and databases in different formats. These phenomena lead to the existing system isolated islands of information" widespread and difficulty to share information resources, the inter-departmental coordination and cooperation more difficult. These problems seriously affect the healthy, orderly development of land resources informationization. Therefore, it is the only way forward to improve the systems interconnection and achieve systems "resources integration among the land resources data centers. This paper analyzes the actuality of land resources in- formationization. According to the goal and the need of Xinjiang land resources data center construction, the paper tries to integrate the basic geographical data, the data of land information, the data of minerals and the data of geo- logical environment for setting up a multi-feature, multi-scale, multi-state all-around land resources database, which may make use of land resources data and data exchange, data sharing becoming reality; besides, it can give strong data backing to E-government affair and offer multistage basic geographical information service to the public.
