摘　　要：采用金属型重力铸造方式,借助有限元分析软件模拟了镁合金管接头铸件的充型和凝固过程。对铸件的充型过程,温度场变化及可能产生的缺陷进行了分析,并依据分析结果对工艺进行了改进。The filling and solidification process for magnesium alloy pipe joints prepared by metal gravity casting was simulated using finite element software.The filling process,temperature field change and probable defects were ananlyzed.The casting process was improved based on the analysis results.
