摘  要:通过对低压铸造A356.2铝合金轮毂轮辋拉伸试样的检测分析,对其缺陷和性能进行了研究。结果表明:缩松是影响轮辋性能的主要因素,而夹渣对性能的影响相对较小;缩松的数量是影响抗拉强度和伸长率的主要因素。当断口的缩松面积(缺陷率)小于2%时,抗拉强度和伸长率的变化都不大;随着断口缩松面积的增加,抗拉强度和伸长率迅速下降;当断口的缩松面积在6%~8%时,伸长率的变化较为平缓。Through testing and analyzing the tensile samples of die-casting A356.2 alloy wheel rim,its properties and defects were researched.The results show that the porosity is major factor of affecting the mechanical properties,while the slag inclusion is minor factor;the number of porosity is major factor of affecting tensile strength and elongation.The variation trend of tensile strength and elongation is little when the area of porosity on tensile fracture is less than 2%;then the tensile strength and elongation significantly decreases with the increase of the porosity area;while the porosity area is between 6% and 8%,the variation trend of elongation is even.
